Fangzhou Lu
Fangzhou Lu is a Research Associate at the Hong Kong Center for Construction Robotics (HKCRC) and cofounder & CTO of PsykiSpace. He holds an M.Sc. in Construction and Robotics and a B.Sc. in Architecture from RWTH Aachen University. Before joining HKCRC, he worked as a C++ engine developer in Germany, focusing on real-time graphics, simulation, and visualization systems.
His current work lies at the intersection of computer graphics, simulation systems, and Embodied/Physical AI. His research interests include generative environments, simulation-platform architecture, procedural scene generation, real-time rendering, physics and sensor simulation, synthetic data, and robotics training and evaluation. He is particularly interested in building controllable and scalable virtual environments that connect world generation, simulation, data production, and real-world intelligent systems.
